Good afternoon: I need to obtain samples of policies or service standards that law firms have on how support staff and lawyers should deal with clients. What are the expectations or guidelines for staff and lawyers to follow to develop and maintain good quality client service.
I have the ABA's "The Law Firm Guide to Client Relations for Support Staff".
