I'm trying to locate a copy of the official USERRA Handbook. I think it's
published by the DOL. I've seen numerous references to the handbook in
other documents. The handbook addresses the employment rights of military
personnel called to active duty. I've searched the Internet and contacted
the DOL. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
