Does anyone know much about the 'Lectric Law Library (http://www.lectlaw.com
<http://www.lectlaw.com/> )? I've noticed that quite a few law libraries
have links to this free law dictionary on their web pages. Until a recent
evaluation of our e-resources, we linked to that site. Who is Ralf Rinkle?
Please reply off list if you know anything about this site.
