I launched a weblog, beSpacific (http://www.bespacific.com) on law and technology issues on January 4, 2003, which I update daily.
beSpacific has an archive of over 500 entries back to September 2002, a searchable database of all content, and a topical index. The site is focused to meet the needs of legal professionals interested in a succinct current awareness monitoring tool that covers issues including privacy, copyright, cybercrime, Internet filtering and censorship, freedom of information, digital rights, federal and state tech-related legislation, and e-government initiatives. My postings take you directly to court opinions, federal/state agency and corporate press releases, surveys, white papers and government documents on breaking news, as well as providing links to resources of interest from advocacy groups, academic institutions, publishers, and other sources around the world.
I also offer a free weekday email update of daily postings, in HTML.
