There is a section of the Wisconsin Administrative Code, "ATCP 124: Price
Comparison Advertising", that we are trying to learn the history of. The
Code provides a couple of cites:
Cr. Register, July 1973, No. 211, effective January 1, 1974, except that
for advertisements in catalogs it shall take effect July 1, 1974; and,
am. Register, January 1978, No. 265, eff. 2-1-78
Can anyone fax these to me? Additionally, can anyone point me in the
direction of finding out *why* the "4 weeks during the last 90 days" time
frame is included? We basically want to find out the rationale behind this
time frame. Was there any debate about it? Any reports written about this?
Any help/guidance *gratefully* accepted.
