It has been reported in the metro-area press/media
(http://abclocal.go.com/wpvi/news/12403_ezpasssuit.html) that NJ has
filed suit against Worldcom, hoping to recover some of that E-Z Pass $.
Date of filing appears to be 1/22/03. Checked the WorldCom docket
(02-13533 SD-NY bkr) for dates bef and aft -- and no sign of it. Not in
the adversary proceedings, nor lurking on findlaw's WorldCom collection.
Nothing in the NJ Dept of Transportation nor the AG's site.
Has anyone seen any online documentation (complaint, etc) of this??
