Publisher: unknown but is probably either Kluwer or Sweet & Maxwell.
Specifically looking for the edition that would include the filing (?) identified as "Issue 47, Mar. 2000."
It appears that S&M published a new edition in June 2001, so we are probably looking for whatever edition preceded that.
I have seen reference to a "revised edition" dated 1993 and additional references to 1995 but can't tell if another edition was published in 1995 or not.
If you have the edition with March 2000 filings and could fax us certain cited page(s), I would be very grateful.
