If you archive NAD/CARU Case Reports published by the Council of Better Business Bureaus, Inc. and would be willing to fax the following six reports you would find me forever in your debt:

NAD Case Report #3312a (July 1996)
NAD Case Report #3393 (July 1997)
NAD Case Report #3444 (March 1998)
NAD Case Report #3544 (May 1999)
NAD Case Report #3572 (Aug. 1999)
NAD Case Report #3660 (June 2000)

These are available at their site online. Unfortunately, the person who can give me a password is out of the office until 1/24. And the alternative number given has not responded to my messages. Any costs incurred will gladly be reimbursed.
