Attorney gave me a citation:

could be Appeals Court, Admin Court, Advance California....
What is it? Where is it? Can anyone fax it to me or advise where to
locate?? Mega/Mega in Lexis brought up zilch. Ran it thru the law
reviews to see if ever discussed....nope.
Any assistance appreciated!!
