I am looking for an article from an ABA Spring meeting dated April 17 1999.
It is the meeting on Limited Liability Companies. What I need is "Standard
and Poor's Legal issues in Rating Structured Finance Transactions". ABA was
no help. If any one can send me a copy, I would be happy to pay all costs.
