ABA Forum on Franchising 1994 & 1996

Hello,
I'm trying to locate some articles that were included in the program materials for the ABA Forum on Franchising (San Diego, 1994) and the ABA Forum on Franchising (Phoenix, 1996). I've searched RLIN, OCLC, Lexis, & Westlaw and I haven't found any libraries that own the program materials or the articles themselves. If you have either of the titles in your collection and you are willing to fax me an article, please contact me off the list. I will pay any costs associated with this request.
