I am trying to find an article on revenue recognition which discusses the
potential liability of a CUSTOMER of a company which utilizes improper
revenue recognition accounting techniques. One of our attorneys says he had
a copy of this article, which he believes is from a newsletter, but can no
longer find it. I've searched texts and periodicals, both legal and
non-legal, including newspapers, on Westlaw and Lexis, and I've done
searches in several search engines (Google, AlltheWeb, Altavista) and I have
nothing to show for my efforts. If you are familiar with what I am
