Got a letter a couple of month's back from Bowne informing subscribers
that they had sold their securities publishing division to Aspen and
that after 90 days we'd be given customer service contact information
from Aspen.
Well, the 90 days were up last week, and I got the "contact information"
- consisting of a renewal notice with a 25% price increase. (2002- $203;
2003 - $252 - not a huge amount, except proportionately).
Guess Aspen needs to pay off that purchase price in a hurry. Glad I can
help out. I'll pay it as soon as I can get to my wallet. Of course, to
do that, first I have to get Aspen's hand out of my pocket.
