Dear LawLib,
 
I have been trying to get some information on EIR's (Establishment Inspection Reports) issued by the FDA.
 
Specifically, I am trying to determine how members of the public would receive notice of EIR's in 1994.
 
>From my research I know that prior to 1997, EIR's were only available via a FOIA request (even to the manufacturer that was subject to the inspection). Does anyone know of a source that monitored EIR's in 1994? Does anyone know if the FDA regularly published(s) a notice or list of available EIR's? I am already aware of the newsletter Inspection Monitor, from Washington Information Source.
 
I would appreciate any hints.
