AALL Spectrum will once again be devoting its May issue to law library
architecture. We will feature articles about and pictures of recently built
and recently remodeled law libraries. We will publish four or five articles
in the May issue, and we would like to present a variety of projects from a
wide variety of law libraries.
If you have been through a law library building or remodeling project within
the last year or 18 months and would like to write a short article about it
for inclusion in this year's issue, please contact me off list as soon as
possible. Authors will be expected to meet a schedule for writing the
article, including submitting an outline and rough draft prior to the final
due date due date of March 6, 2003, and will also need to supply photographs
of the project for use in the magazine. Submitted articles will be edited
for style, grammar and length, and may thus differ slightly in print from
their submitted form.
In years past we have had many more offers to write for the issue than we
could use. While this means we can select a good range of projects, it also
means that a number of people will not be selected. I apologize in advance
for our inability to use every offer.
Please contact me if you have questions or would like to participate.
