I just got back from a prolonged New Year's holiday and was overwhelmed
by the response to my request. I had over 20 replies to my posting for
the FBI URL. One person even supplied the proper place to report this
sort of annoyance in Canada. Thank you all.
For those who asked the address most often supplied is:

                419.fcd@usss.treas.gov

Along with the above I received other websites including:

1. http://www.ustreas.gov/usss/alert419.shtml

2. "Here's a site with links to any number of agencies to complain to:
        http://www.elsop.com/wrc/complain.htm"

3. "Found it on this website which may or may not be of use to you.
        http://www.fraudaid.com/ScamSpeak/Nigerian/419's/mamumbi.htm"

For our Canadian friends:

"Please forward Nigerian/African letters to wafl@phonebusters.com. The
Phonebusters National Call Center ('PNCC') is a joint partnership
involving the Ontario Provincial Police and the Royal Canadian Mounted
Police. The PNCC is very interested in receiving copies of any 'new'
versions of Nigerian letter scheme, particularly those involving
Canadian mailing addresses or telephone numbers.

I'm going to save this information for next time and we know there will
be a next time. Thanks again.
