I am in need of an article that is in the most recent issue of the Legal
Times and not yet available online. The issue is the December 23, 2002 issue
of the Legal Times. It is from the CourtWatch section on page 6 under the
heading "Shot Down". If someone could be so kind as to fax me a copy of this
