We incorrectly received diskettes for Florida, Virginia, New York and California in addition to what we normally receive.
Customer service rep. said she would send me return labels but when she came back on the line, she told me no labels would be sent because these had been sent in error to "everyone"; a credit would be posted for those who were sent these in error.
Please check your current invoice; these diskettes total almost $1,000.
