I hope somebody can help me with this case:
Ciarochi v. Boy Scouts of America, August 6, 1990, from Ketchican
Registry, Alaska Sup. Ct.
It deals with vicarious liability.
I have tried all possible sources and I don't have time to get it from
the Alaskan court registry.
Maybe somebody could fax me this case to me?
