I know this is a little off the usual, but I am trying to locate a
textbook, and thought someone might have access. We (The Capital Group and
The American Funds) have been discussed in this book, but all we got to see
were marked-up proofs. We would like to see what it finally looks like.
The book is Personal Finance, 6th, by Jack Kapoor, published by
McGraw-Hill/Irwin, 2001. We believe we're in section or chapter 16.
I know most libraries don't keep textbooks, but this list does amazing
things all the time --
