I am trying to obtain an "unpublished" opinion which might be published in the New Jersey Law Journal the week or so following the date it was rendered on March 4, 1997 (The index of opinions at the N.J. Law Journal web site only goes back to 1998, and the web sites relating to the multi-state tobacco litigation and settlement cite the case but don't provide the opinion.) If anyone has access to the back issues for this period and can check, or suggest an alternative other than contacting the court, I would appreciate the help.
