! am looking for the following sections from the Internal Revenue Manual.

1989 IRM 5755.3(2) and (3) and (4) 10-12-89

1993 IRM 563(16).21 and .21(5) 5-5-93

They aren't on Wexis or the IRS website. I haven't located a local source in print. Can anyone shed some light on this?
