Hi all-
We have a copy of Vol. 1, MOORE'S FEDERAL PRACTICE from 1938 that needs to
be rebound. We also have what appears to be a large pocket part (or
free-standing supplement pamphlet) to that volume. Our p/part--supp is,
however, missing it's first few pages so we can't tell how it might be
dated.
Could someone who has this 1938 volume check to see whether page 3 of their
p/part-supp begins as follows:
"criticism and suggestions from the bench and bar, before reaching a
conclusion as to the amendments to be recommended to the Supreme Court".
...
And, if it DOES begin that way on page 3, could you photocopy the preceeding
p/part--supp page(s) for us?
Thanks in advance ...
