contains a history of the loose leaf phenomenon written by me. ( 44 Am

What began as the history of a form grew into a look at how previous
eras dealt with information explosion.
The best jokes are in the footnotes, the best footnotes are about
footnoting and I susupect that only law librarians with laugh. Please
read this article.
