We've been asked to obtain an article that appeared in Products
Liability Newsletter, v. 10, #2 (1998), entitled, Failure to Warn...by
George Bowles.
This ABA publication, from the Committee on Products, General Liability
and Consumer Law of the Section of Tort and Insurance Practice, has
proven quite elusive.
Even the ABA has, thus far, been unable to locate this issue of the
newsletter.
FirstSearch records would imply that a few law libraries own this item,
but, once again, thus far this has not proven a successful strategy to
pursue.
If any of your libraries have this newsletter and would be willing to
fax this article (for which we do not have page number information),
we'd be grateful.
