Now, now, now! Maybe she is just the boost to our image we librarians
need! Think of all the financial support we could get from state
legislators, university administrators, private donors, and the like if
they thought they would get to see and talk to "Barbie" when they came
into the library. We might even get more money for books and less
insistence on the elimination of library jobs through technology.
