Academic degrees--listing in law reviews

        I am trying to determine whether there is an approved protocol for
the order in which academic degrees are listed in the faculty page/masthead
of law reviews. I have not been able to find such a thing, and we are
wondering if the degrees are listed in 1)chronological order; 2) order of
rank (B.A., Ph.D, etc.); or 3) some other way.
        Please contact me off list, as I am on digest. I can post responses,
if there is interest.
