Does anyone know where I can find a copy of this report? I've contacted the
ABA, but they can't find it! I've also searched Westlaw. The report is
referenced in a footnote of the ABA Commission on Billable Hours Report.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated...and, of course, I need it this
morning.
