If you A) have CMS Manual number 12 (Skilled Nursing Facilities) and B) keep
the superseded pages from it, would you contact me? We need to see what
section 230 (Covred Extended Care Services) looked like in 1997 ; my
discarded pages only go back to 1998 (natch). Any help will be much
appreciated.
