We used to have secretaries do the pulling & marking. Now we teach them
how to use Find & Print. If an someone needs to have cases pulled, the
secretary uses the Attorney's password.
I think my former firm has Find & Print set up for password free (internal)
access......

This may be premature, but has anyone considered how to handle additional
Westlaw passwords for retrieving West Reporter Images?
Our mail room staff usually photocopies cases for attorneys. Instead of
hauling heavy books from the library to the photocopy room they could print
from Westlaw but I'm concerned they may inadvertently incur additional
costs.
Any thoughts?
