I am looking for Georgia civil jury instructions on the following areas:
(1) Breach of Contract
(2) Breach of the Duty (Covenant) of Good Faith and Fair Dealing
(3) Tortious Interference with Business Relationships
(4) Tortious Interference with Prospective Business Relationships
(5) Fraudulent Inducement
(6) Negligent Misrepresentation
(7) Punitive Damages
I have tried Wexis, the Internet, OCLC, local law libraries, to no avail.
We are willing to pay costs for copying/faxing.
