I am looking for the comments to the Definitions from Section 1201 of the Mechanics' Lien Law of 1963 (Pennsylvania) - 49 PS 1201(1), (12)
I have located the the definitions but I am looking for comments on the definition of "improvements" - these comments refer to sidewalks, yards, fences & walls. It is probably located in the Legislative history somewhere. If anyone can help, I would be most grateful.
