Thank you Janice Franks and Ruck DeMinico for the correct site and phone
number for the Bay Area Volunteer Legal Services.

They stated they do not provide pro bono revocable trusts for senior
citizen retirees living on Social Security. The couple are just trying
to transfer their modest home to the trust to avoid probate but can not
afford attorneys' fees.

Would anyone know what organization might be able to help in
Venice-Tampa Florida?
