I wonder if an American colleague could help me.

I have emailed Aspen for assistance regarding the New Wigmore. I have had
a reply which did not provide the information I was seeking.

Despite another three emails, I am yet to receive a further repsonse to my
query.

Does anyone have the mail of a responsive Aspen rep they could give me?
The webpage, as far as I can see, does not provide personal emails for
anyone, and is very unhelpful. The FAQs of course don't answer my
questions, and I would like some actual correct information before placing
my order.
