Conflicts of Interest Administrator - Dewey Ballantine LLP

Responsible for firm wide conflicts of interest administration, including managing daily operations of conflicts staff, establishing priorities, and
monitoring workflow. Oversees the conflicts checking procedures for new business, laterals, business development, etc. Reviews all incoming conflicts
requests and works with attorneys to obtain and verify information. Uses internal and external databases to conduct factual research relating to the
nature of the conflict entity. Analyzes conflicts reports and assists attorneys in the interpretation of the results and the application of the
conflict rules. Updates and maintains firm's conflicts of interest database. Provides firmwide conflicts training.

Qualifications: Strong knowledge of ethical and legal issues governing conflicts of interest and the conflicts resolution process. Advanced oral and
written communications skills, including the ability to understand, analyze, interpret and prepare complex reports. Proficiency with online research
tools, and familiarity with business and financial current events. Experience with CMS or other conflicts database, Microsoft software and Lotus
Notes. Strong analytical, interpersonal, and supervisory skills required. J.D required; M.L.S. or research experience desirable.
