I'm trying to locate a U.S. Senate report from 1968. The cite that I have is: "Senate Report at 34, S. 3724, 90th Cong., 2d Sess., §20 (July 1, 1968)". The report is cited in a couple of federal cases. As far as I have been able to determine, the bill did not pass (at least I can't find it in USCAAN), and of course it's too old to be on Thomas.
If you happen to have the report, could I borrow it or get a copy, please? (It's too wet to walk down to the public library and check their govt. docs today!)
