Does anyone know of a source for obtaining criminal case transcripts?

The particular case I am looking for is a rather famous case (murder trial of Malcolm X. Date of conviction was March 11, 1966. I believe it was in the state of New York. The defendants were: Thomas Hayer, Norman Butler and Thomas Johnson).
