Before I call the court, I am just wondering if anyone else has been asked
to obtain the opinion in the sale of Karl Koch Erecting Co. in 1974 (one of
the prime contractors on the World Trade Center), highlighted in the recent
book "Men of Steel: The Story of the Family That Build the World Trade
Center" by Karl Koch III.
In a letter to the editor of ENR (McGraw-Hill Construction), Mr. Koch says
that "the legal cite is The Supreme Court of the State of New York, County
of Nassau, Index No. 1165/73." No case name is given, but I assume Koch is
part of it.
I have checked the web, the Nassau County site, and Lexis with no success.
If anyone already has a copy, we would be happy to reimburse for fax or
mailing charges.
