I've pointed to published materials on this question, but it is well to note
that VersusLaw has made quite a number of improvements recently that, so far
as I know, have not been included in any published materials.

Not the least of the improvements is expanded scope of its databases. For
example, in my home state of Montana, scope of the database of Montana
Supreme Court opinions for some years went back only to 1993. But now it
goes back to 1950. To make a decision with current information, one ought
to see VersusLaw's current database directory.

Some other enhancements are:

o saved searches
o next hightlighted search term
o yellow watermark to warn that opinion is unpublished
o V.Cite citation tool
