X-posted NJLLA and law-lib---pardon duplication:
Hot rush request from atty for a Delaware bankrupcty document. His
paralegal was unable to get it last nite.
Try Delaware Pacer. Docket sheet comes up fine, click on the hypertext
document #....and get a blank white page...hit Refresh...same thing.
Go to Court Express. Pull the docket. The documents are NOT hyperlinked.
Looks like you have to order them. Maybe they email to you? who knows?
On to Court Link. I remembered that at the demo they gave they indicated
that they actually download the info, so they should already have it in
their database. Pull the docket. Click on the hyperlinked document
#....it brought up the document in .pdf and I downloaded and emailed to
the atty.
How many services does it take to get one darn bankruptcy document? too
many. And I have repeated this scenario with either Pacer or Court
Express being top dog for the moment. It seems you must maintain all
three so they can back-up one another.
