I've exhausted my local sources so I'm now
hoping that some law librarians in New Jersey
might be able to steer me in the right direction...
We need to find information on "the ownership of IP
(intellectual property) by employees under New Jersey
law and their assignment of this IP to employees.
Certain states have specific provisions governing
how this can be done, and we need to find out what
limits NJ places on it...."
