For those who have not yet discovered it, v.94 of the California
Appellate Reports which we received last week was shipped with a spine
that just says "Official California Reports" - the word Appellate was
left off. We had a bit a heart attack when we tried to figure out what
we'd done with 70 missing volumes, and then we opened it up and realized
that the wrong cover went with the right contents.
Our account rep just told me that this volume is being reprinted and the
replacement will be shipped to customers free of charge. A letter is
also going out explaining what happened.
