Subject: Bowne -- Securities Act Handbook BEWARE!!!!!
If people in your firm are doing 10Qs, and are using the Securities Act
Handbook, you might want to send out an alert . Bowne has been doing a
lousy job of updating the Handbook. It looks like some parts of the
Sarabanes -Oxley Act have not been incorporated in the handbook. Some
examples -- change in the 10Q forms now have a new item 4 that is not
in handbook. Regulation S-K has a new part 307 also not included.
Section 10A of the Exchange Act does not include the new subsection g-l.
