Katherine Steen called BNA about EEOC's Guide to Pre-Employment Inquiries
found at 8A Fair Employment Practice Manual sec.443.65 (BNA). Her message

BNA Plus just called me back to say the guide you needed was pulled from the
set. The labor specialist indicated the EEOC considered the list obsolete
and has not replaced it. Since BNA only updates the master print index once
a year, that is why I still saw it listed. The same entry is not included
in the electronic version of the index.
