Thanks to all of those who helped me. I have a copy of the section I was
looking for, however my request seems to have raised a few questions. Many
(most) of the people who responded said they did not have this section in
their manual. Others did find it, but said they had to look for it (Vol.
8A). I had one respondent say she has a call into BNA, but they're working
on a skeleton staff and likely would not be able to respond today. I had
several people ask me to post what others had found, which I hope I have
done.
If I hear more I will post to the list.

I've been asked to obtain a copy of the EEOC's Guide to Pre-Employment
Inquiries found at 8A Fair Employment Practice Manual sec.443.65 (BNA) I
tracked down a copy in our local law school but it did not have this
section. I've looked elsewhere to no avail. I'm suspicious the cite is
wrong. Would it be possible to obtain a copy of this from someone on the
