Hello Colleagues,

"Lexis-Nexis Buys Publishing Company" is the headline in the local
Hamilton, Ohio newspaper for Thursday, Oct. 10. Apparently Lexis is
buying Anderson Publishing Company for $21 million in a shareholder
buyout. I am really sorry to see one of the long-time independents fold
into the giants. Too bad.
