Hello law-libbers!
I am trying to track down a decision handed down by the Immigration and
Naturalization Service's Administrative Appeals Unit (AAU) on March 22,
1994. The case number is LIN 94 044 50120. The case concerns an h1-b
petition, and the petition was denied based on a determination that the
beneficiary was a foreign medical graduate who would engage in patients'
care. (The petition argued on appeal that the beneficiary would act as a
surgical assistant, and not a physician.)
I have searched on Lexis, Westlaw, IRIS, the INS website, in law review
articles, in legal newsletters, and through various general search engines.
I've placed a call with the INS Law Library, but I have not heard back from
them and (surprise!) my attorney would like an immediate answer.
Any ideas on places where this beast might lurk?
Many thanks in advance -
