Thank you all for the advice and the information. For those of you who are
interested in the answer, each football team determines whether or not go in
the stands and get the football. It is not an official nfl rule, but one
they may be included in the team operations handbook. I was able to contact
the NFL and talk to someone there to get an answer.
P.S. I may live in Wisconsin but I am not a Packers fan instead I am a
Broncos fan.
