I need a little advice or just a back-up on my thoughts on this question. I
have someone doing a paper on the legal implications in keeping a NFL
football. He was wondering if a football ends up in the stands isn't it
usually returned? I could not find an official NFL rule for this and I
could not call the NFL headquarters when I received this question. Any
