We have now spoken with Martindale-Hubbell, and they could not have been
more helpful. They spent 45 minutes on the phone with our client
relations coordinator going through all of her concerns. She found out
that Martindale's system was inundated with messages, which didn't allow
them to respond in their normal timely fashion. Actually, our rep has
done great job for us through the years.
